Richard is May Whetter And Grose’ most Senior Negotiator overseeing transactions in the busy St Austell Office whilst also managing the department’s growing new homes developments. Richard joined May Whetter And Grose in 2007 and has a wealth of experience in both independent and corporate estate agency. He has a great deal of knowledge of the local area and as well as Cornwall as a whole. Richard lives close to the office with his wife, 2 children and dog and enjoys holidaying and spending time outdoors. Richard is often seen either out on the water or walking the area looking for that perfect property picture for our ever growing social media sites, and can also be found at racing circuits being a keen motorsport enthusiast.
