The subject premises are situated just off Fore Street, St Austell's main shopping street in the heart of the town close to the taxi rank. The business is run by both owners and two part time employees when needed. The business has very low cost and rent. Currently open 6 days per week, on weekdays until 3pm, Saturday until 5 and Sunday closing at 2pm.

There is already a stable base of loyal customers which continue to grow, reaching more and more new local people as well as returning tourists who visited in the first year. Extraordinary waffle and pancake recipes have been developed which are highly appreciated by our customers.
