This service encompasses the often time-consuming management of your property whilst ensuring you are consulted on relevant decisions and keeping you constantly up-to-date with issues relating to your property.
May Whetter & Grose undertake to:
- Use modern advertising practices to ensure your property gets the required coverage to ensure it is let quickly.
- Conduct reference and credit checks on prospective tenants once we have located a suitable candidate(s).
- Prepare a Tenancy Agreement that has been written to ensure it offers excellent protection of your asset. We will also ensure that if there is the requirement, the contract will be renewed as required.
- Fully administer deposit collection in strict accordance with our RICS compliant scheme. We will also ensure the rent payments are collected and the monies are transferred to you in a timely manner. May Whetter & Grose will rigorously pursue any late payments to ensure your interests are maintained.
